Each team journey is unique.

I start by interviewing team members to gather data on team strengths and areas of opportunity. With these findings, I co-design an intervention with the team's leader and any relevant stakeholders, such as the HR partner, Chief of Staff, or Strategy lead.

Offsites can combine work on team identity, purpose and values, growing leadership skills, driving strategic alignment and prioritization, running business deep dives, and more.

My facilitation and coaching style integrates both the ‘human’ and ‘business’ dimensions of leadership, creating:
